Refund policy
Although we do hope that you love your purchase from us, we have a returns & exchange policy in place.
Full Price Items:
We offer credit notes and exchanges for full priced items purchased with any payment method EXCLUDING formal wear.
ALL Formal wear sales are final and are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
Please take care when trying item/items on as we will not accept items back that have make-up, tan or deodorant marks on them.
Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces to avoid heel or sole scuffing.
We take pride in ensuring that all items sent out to our customers are quality control checked in perfect condition so we do expect them to be returned in the same condition.
We are not liable for any damage to garments due to dry cleaning so please choose your dry cleaners carefully.
We are not liable for any damage to garments due to inappropriate washing so please read and follow the washing instructions.
We reserve the right to not accept an item back if we feel the item has been used, worn or damaged in any way.
SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a exchange or credit note.
All sale items are final so please choose carefully.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any earrings.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Any purchases made in store are valid for an exchange or credit note provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase date, unworn, with tags still attached and in original condition & packaging.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE:
If you are eligible for a return please email us fashion@daniellelouise.com.au
Please include your full name, order number and details on what you would like to exchange your return for. Eg; If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or item please include these details.
Please be reminded of the following:
* Sale items are final.
* All Formal wear sales are also final.
We will do our best to respond within 24 hours with a return number or on the next working day. We do not respond to emails over the weekend or on public holidays.

Please include the original packing slip with a small note written for reference eg: exchange size/item, or a store credit.
Once we receive your parcel back and the return has been approved you will be notified via email.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that once an order has been placed we are not able to accept any cancellations on it. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so we are not able to cancel any order placed before or after shipping as it is usually too late. If you wish to return and order once it has been placed you will need to follow the instructions as per our return policy above.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
All items sent out are thoroughly checked prior to sending and packaged with care.

CREDIT NOTES:
A credit note is valid for 12 months.
Credit notes are at the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept lost or expired credit notes.
